Geek Blood

My brother's playing Call of Duty on the Wii. He completes a mission and decides to grab a snack. As his score comes up on the screen, I say to him scornfully, "That's all you got?!"

Just as I finish saying that, the words flash: NEW HIGH SCORE!

I say "Oh...new high score!" As he scarpers off to grab that snack, he flashes me a grin and a double thumbs up.

My bro has his geeky moments too, and I am oh so proud of that.

Oh, and after that, as he's waiting for his game to load, he aims the gun and me and does the whole sniper action thing.

Family bonding. You gotta love it.
